How do you decide the psilocybin amount for the Administration Session? This is a collaborative effort between the facilitator and the client. It all starts in the first prep session. We simply have a conversation about things like: any psychadelic history you may have, personality type, fear or worry surrounding psilocybin, etc. Lots of times, clients will decide to have two administration journeys with a day break in between. This enables them to start low and slow, if desired, and getting the “feel” for the mushrooms. Then, in the next session, their psilocybin amount increases. Of course, in any session there can always be a built-in “booster” option. This works by increasing from their first dose, where one hour into the session the client recieves an option to take an additional predetermined amount.
